As many ingredients as possible are produced on Whitbourne Estate. Organic Beef Shorthorn, Lleyn lamb and traditional breed pigs are all grown on the home farm.  Whitbourne Estate Shoot provides pheasant, partridge, duck and wild venison all of which are carefully butchered and prepared by the estate gamekeeper and head chef.  We have our own herb garden and throughout the year forage the best wild ingredients that we can find.  However, we can't grow it all, so here's a selection of our local supplies, most of which are located within three miles of the restuarant.  If you make or grow something special and would like us to consider using your product, please drop Mickey an email
