How it works

We are proud to be a bit different.


The restaurant is open to the public every Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening, and for some Sunday lunches too.  It is available for private events at any time.


Our mission is to use high quality, seasonal ingredients sourced as locally as possible.  We aim to inspire our diners on a Friday and Saturday with sophisticated tasting menus and interesting canapes.


On Wednesday and Thursday we offer a brasserie menu showcasing uncomplicated food made from the finest quality ingredients and put together by Mickey and his team with the same care and attention as our famous tasting menus.


The tasting menu changes every month, reflecting the best seasonal produce available to us.  It will feature meat or game from Whitbourne Estate but we are very happy to cater for pescatarians, vegetarians, coeliacs and diabetics.  Please mention in the 'Special Requests' section when you book.


For the tasting menu, guests are asked to arrive at 7.30pm when drinks will be served on the decking (weather permitting).  The evening usually concludes between 10.30pm - 11.00pm.  On Wednesday and Thursday, tables can be booked anytime from 6.30pm-8.30pm.
